removal of passenger pegs. need a recommendation to fill the holes

I have an alien head so I don't need the rear pegs for an exhaust hanger. but when I remove them it just looks off. But I can't find any nice looking screws to fill the void. so what are you guys with out rear pegs putting in the screw holes?

aluminum button heads to fill the holes?
black anodized might look good, anodizing is relatively cheap
probolt carries anodized aluminum bolts too.,
