Need Tech help

Here goes, over the winter I took the bike down. Every nut bolt and grommet, powder coated everything, and put it back together. Fired the bike for the first time and everything was good except I have no headlights. I have power at the fuse box but not at the plug. It is just the high and lows, the third small light works. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Check the plug that comes out of the handle bar ... I had a problem with mine not being plugged in tight... Also double check your grounds..

Hoping for either of those, it was dark and the bike was loaded in the trailer for Ryan to map it today so I could not get too deep into it. Ryan should have it done in a day or two and I can start the digging process. I told Ryan to help himself if he gets bored so maybe he will hunt it down for me. Thanks for the info guys, I guess as long as I get it figured out within the next few weeks I am still in good shape. I am in northern Indiana and we had snow on the ground this morning.

I'm pretty sure that there are 2 fuses. One for the headlights and one for the headlight relay

You might check the plugs, sometimes the pins in the plugs can slip back if they are not seated correctly in the plug, and loose contact.

Could the powdercoating have affected the ground path back to the battery? Find the headlight harness grounding point and run a jumper back to the battery. slim chance but still worth a shot if all else fails. Good Luck

Thanks for all the info guys, I had the everything powdered in gloss black and went to the Candy Lime Green for the plastics, as soon as it gets back from Ryan I will post up some pics. Definately getting ready to beat up on some Busa's that is during daylight hours only for right now.
