Problem with GenMar Risers

I have the GenMar K115 risers but they pull very tight on the front brake line when installed.
Will they fit better if I use after market brake lines like Spieglers?
Also, how do they route the Spiegler lines?
MY 2008

TIA

Yes.......In looking at other sites there have been people with the same issue using stock brake lines. It will stretch the rubber lines about 1/2 in. I'm not comfortable with using it with a stretched line.
Also, the throttle cables hit the front fairing on full left hand turn.
Are you using yours with stock brake lines?

i had double stacked helibars on my bike and although the res would hit, it wasn't a big deal. my bike is lowered an inch in the trees though so that could explain why my lines weren't stretched tight.

Lowering the front end would definitely help with the short brake line.
I sport tour with my bike so lowering would not be a good option for me.

That's why I was asking about using after market lines, maybe being a little longer that could possible help with using the risers that I have.

Good Harley shops usually stock an assortment of braided stainless. Measure up what length you need and the angle of the banjo end housing. They can likely supply from stock and at a reasonable $.
Also if you live in an area with much industry in it there is likely a hydraulic supply shop around. That is where I had my braided stainless lines made to measure while I waited, Price was very good as well.

I got Genmars and the res on the right "just" touches at full left turn on the bars, but not bad.
The brake line is tight but acceptable.
Perhaps it's just tolerances on different bike that make stuff like this fit just a little bit different for each bike.

Maybe they position the forks just a hair higher on mine, making the line just to tight.

Thanks for the replys guys.
