+1!! Not to talk down to you... I assume you know this.. but if not... the oil pan plug has claimed a fair share of motors and caused a few spills!! If you haven't moved it.. you better... Just trying to help. The bike looks great!! I would shed the rear fender/reflector and the sticker on the tank... (helmet warning I think??)

221 visits + He posts another site about the warning of the oil pan height - and no one tells him....

Dude! Listen up: READ a few posts on this site before asking / or posting any other posts about the oil pan height.

I can see a few members crawling when you posted the other post.

There are many oil pan mods on this site.

But if you want it basic like: Weld up the existing one and relocate (the welder will tell you), the drain plug so it sits 'sideways' and not 'downwards'.

I highly recommend you check out the Shane661 My ZX-14 Build Thread post which also later on goes on about the oil pan (and around that area other posters give their views). it's a lot of reading, but the quality of work that he has put into it will be invaluable to you - and save you lots of heartache, considering you didn't know about any issues - or checking - about the implications as to why Kawasaki don't make the ZX14 as low as your's as standard...
