Lot's of discussion on the topic of speeding in our UK MCN this week.
Apparently speeding on a motorcycle makes you public enemy #1 in the UK. They are locking bikers up for it now. You can burgle you neighbour, even run him down and kill him in your car and you keep your freedom. Get caught over 100mph on an empty road on your bike and away you go. The lunatics are in charge of the asylum.

We have a new "over 50 MPH" law in FL. Getting caught for this is now as severe as drinking and driving.

I tried ... and tried ..... but here it is
A couple of years ago I sold my turbo charged ZRX 1200 ..... I want another !
I've bought another ZRX allready ..... Im gonna build a 1268 stroker for it and go play.
Lyle went and started this crap cause he wanted to trade my motor parts for his vespa
and I would'nt do it ....... shame on Lyle

Ive always wanted to build a turbo ZRex. Turbo installs look so clean on them, and they make great HP.

Yup,
The machines we are paaionate of are alot like the women we were passionate about... they will always be remembered, and we will always want to go for one more last great ride!
I built a CR500AF, from the rubber to the hand grips, every mod imagineable.
Was making close to 70 HP at the tire , weighed 220 lbs, and was one of my ultimate adrenaline rushes to ride..... after all the dreams, sweat , bloody knuckles, soul and pride I put into her I sold it...
Never mind the awesome memories and experiences riding it.
That bike had a part of me put into it when I did the build, sounds corny but a piece of who I am...
One of my bigger regrets in life....
Its strange how we can become so attached to a machine

I just wanna say i'll probably will miss my 1400 ...... but im stuck on the "retro" look
of the ZRX.
I have been on my ZRX and it a bike that so many people relate to, the 1400, while
it is a monster bike many people walk right by an dont notice them.

Bob how could you? Ive drooled over your bike for ages. Im keeping mine for ever and its nowhere near the calibre of yours! I suppose you must have got bored with perfection , so good luck with the the next build . will look forward to the updates. And the vespa , get a black one.
