need an advice

hi everyone there. guys, i need your advice in some particular matter: i have ordered some items from one internet trading co. from the U.S., but when recieved my parcel, one item was missed (MICHELIN PP front tyre). when i contacted the guy from this co., he confirmed - it was lost (or stolen) while shipping, but it is covered by insurance, etc., etc., so, i'll get it anyway later on, as he is going to resend my tyre very soon.....later on i've ordered set of two tyres (fr & rr) from same guy, with request to include this missed tyre to the parcel, what was gladly accepted by the same salesman of this company, but last week only 2 tyres were delivered only. when i bothered the man, the reply was: "sorry, i couldn't include 3 tyres in one parcel, since it appears too heavy, but i'll send your missed tyre, don't worry, be happy, etc., something about insurance again, etc. etc.
invoice was paid by PAYPAL, and i need a word of your advice, what should i do.
thanks.

Dispute Paypal before time runs out. Document every email exchanged. Good luck.

btw, are you the same guy sending me those emails about needing my help to collect your inheritance for a small fee?

I was kidding. Seriously though, good luck. It sounds like this guy is definitely trying to scam a tire from you.
