Air shifter pressure

what lbs pressure does it take to make the shifter move? I tried at 100lbs and it didn't move.

It should move quite easily at 100 psi. Check to be sure nothing is bound up.
The cylinder should be able to float. Is your pivot bolt too tight, cylinder not parallel.
Also try lifting the rear wheel off the ground and spinning by hand and hit the button
at the same time to allow the gears to mesh.

I think changes gears all the way down to around 40psi (not recomended) but it still moves the shifter at that low of psi

Do you have the solenoid plumbed correctly? I believe air from the bottle should
go into port 1 and air to the cylinder should come from port 2. Do you have a
plumbing diagram for the solenoid valve?
