Muzzy lowering links zx14

Just bought a 14 and it is as low as possible with Muzzy links. Way too low for me because I like to ride it in corners and such.

My question is if I raise it to the tallest point, is it still lower than the stock links?

Be gentle. I am a noob to the 14.

I was under the impression that the tallest link is stock height.

the middle hole will put you low enough to drag race, but still high enough to play around in the twisties a little bit. if you're big into both, i suggest selling those and buying a set of fully adjustable ones.

I got the muzzy links, and when I put the exyensions on I had to raise it to the middle link bc I couldn't stop the exhaust/ oil pan from hitting. If I had to do it over, I'd spend a little bit more $$ and get the adjustables.

The Soupy's links are your best buy and they are all steel construction. It takes two 19mm wrenches to adjust them in no time.

I've heard great things about the soupys links, but if you want to spend a little extra money, brocks performance makes some really nice ones as well.

I have the Brocks links, They have a fine adjustment screw on the lower side, other than that just crack the 2 allen heads loose on both links, stick a small jack under the bike pull both pins, set where you want and tighten both allen heads back up on each link, theres no removal of bolts. hears a pic

I have a 4" extended arm and on my first ride rubbed a hole into the inner fender. It barely scrubbed the ECU so I'm thinking the middle hole should work. I'm no road racer, but like to take some sweeping curves at high speed and have rashed my pipe in two places as well as slightly rashing the drain plug. The front end is very low, too. I will reset the height tomorrow and see how it rides.

Going to the races at the Daytona Speedway afterwards! Luckily I only live 50 minutes from Daytona.

Thanks for the input guys.

My extensions put me at almost 9" so on the middle hole mine has a LOOT of clearance, but on the bottom hole was too close. WTF...

apologies to the op, at the risk of hijacking the original post, how many of you lowered guys have also lowered the front, and by what means?? Did you just slide the forks up in the triples? I bought a set of Soupys links and will be installing them shortly, but I am wondering about clearance issues between the fender and fairing/rad.
