Nitrous hook up question

I just recieved my dynotune nitrous system...and was looking over the instructions and dont understand why they are showing hooking from the relay to the fuel pump? anyone have anymore info on why?

I didn't do mine that way ... But if i had to guess >> If the fuel pump quites so the the N20 = One saved motor from not running lean .. I got my power from the turn signals fuse and used a mico switch to make the ground, that way it allways had a good 12 volt power supply ... And it was on a fuse just incase of a short ... May not be the best way to do it but it worked for me .. Enter at your own risk ...
