air shifter mount
do you have to buy that $90 piece to put on your shifter for the air cylinder surely someone has rigged one up somewhere give me some how to's please

well pingel also makes one, not sure how much, and its a big ugly mother of a bracket

i just did mine last night.
1. you have to tap out the top bolt with im pretty sure it was a 1/4'' and get a long enough bolt for the shifter to be straight up and down. add as many nuts as needed for spacers.
2. the bottom is simple. mount the bracket that comes with the shifter as shown above, but the shaft wont be long enough. go to a hardware store and get a coupler nut (5/16 fine thread) screw the coupler to the cylinder shaft, then get a 5/16 fine thread bolt and cut it off to make a 2'' piece of allthread. screw the piece of ''allthread'' to bottom bracket and coupler nut.
im not good at explaining things but maybe that will help. didnt cost me but a few bucks and 30 min. i have pics on my phone, if you want me to send you a few text me 229 869 0170
