Brock's...Absolutely the best
On Saturday, I took off from Austin to New Braunfels for a large twisties group ride with a central Texas sportbike association that I ride with. Smokin', if you read this, you might remember a part of the ride (River Road) from your time in the area. When I got to the meetup location I realized that my Brocks Noise Reduction Plug was gone. Quite a bummer. Today, on a whim I wrote Brock's and told them what happened. I received an email back very quickly stating that it was no problem at all, that they had already sent me a new one. I mean really, who does these kinds of things in todays society? Brock and his staff are absolutely the best. Thanks so much. Brock's customer for life.

Yup river road i remember it well ... I would tear the road up every weekend on my RD 350 ..I loved living there ....

In reality the Zx-14 community is graced to have good vendor support. when my 08 Zx-14 was wrecked I layed it down on the right side. My Muzzy M10 GP canister got some damage.
I also contacted my vendor and Dave from Muzzys said ship it to us and we'll fix it for you free, just pay shipping both ways.
Wow.
Truly graced I tell ya. I can't get that kind of service from my Chevy dealer or Honda.

brock is a bad ass guy. you gotta love it when the owner of the company emails you directly. Althought he did try to talk me into a set of wheels. and I gotta say I am really starting to think about it. Oh and you will love the alien head. Best thing I have put on my bike! sounds amazing!

Yep, Smokin', through River Road, some country twisties, on to the Devils Backbone, up to San Marcos then on to Austin. Fun ride.
Go for it madkawzx14, you will not be disappointed! Brock's does business RIGHT, and their products are 2nd to none.

I almost bought a Brocks. But the rep on the phone told me they didn't keep stock on the exhaust since it was so in demand, and I could get on a list. He said they would call when one came in...usually within "a week or two".
Maybe they are better about stocking them now, but they lost a sale that day.

In 06 , When the first round of SMEG were available and we were all pulling the flies without mapping , I pestered him into getting us a map.
He was real busy and within a week he got me a map to try out on the street to test out for him.
He came through while he was preparing the day before Valdosta!
Great guy for sure!

i've got no less than about 25 or 30 emails picking his brain before buying my exhaust. it's crazy to send an email at 10 at night and get a reply from his phone first thing in the morning. even if his pipes weren't smashing everyone, i still would have bought from him just for the tech support.
