French people are the coolest. (I'm French, too- LOL wish I could speak it) Had no problem understanding your superb English.
Sorry, can't tell you a thing about how to attach Pigspotters. All I know is they look great but you can't see anything in them except for your shoulders. Oh well, you'll be street-legal. There are no mirrors that are a good replacement for turning your head to actually look anyway.

I was thinking of going with Pigspotters, too. I have my stock mirrors off right now for some touch-up and I see the area of the top fairing where the mirrors attach is not parallel to the surface of the fairing. Seems like Pigspotters would look a little bit crooked or slanted if they were mounted to the flat spot the stock mirrors are mounted.
Any first-hand experience out there?

The only thing that those mirrors are for is being able to say that you have "mirrors". You won't be able to see out of them so unless the cops are really hard on people where you live for not having mirrors I would just run blockoffs. Or you could do like I do and just pull your stock mirrors when you get to the track. The bases don't catch that much wind.
