Yep Dave will machine down a pan and install the fittings for you for a little extra....I got the same one in my kit. You just swap pans and you're good to go  You just need to send him back your old pan and fuel pump (he sends you a modded pump)

BONE STOCK MOTOR
Only mod is washers on clutch springs ... currently at 8lbs now 7500 miles and 150+ drag passes ... and ive done nothing to motor since install except add more boost for next weeks dragrace event to 11lbs
Rob, Dave set my gate at 8psi for my stock motor as well. How's you'rs running? No fuel probs at 8? Did you back the timing off any?

yes i pulled 4 degrees thru a EFIRZX14 ... no fuel problems .. is it a internal gate .. do you have a boost gauge.. and like i said a LM1 or some other wideband is a must have...

Yep its internal like yours. I was debating getting the LM-1, but I'm going to go ahead and pick it up now I'll stick a fuel and boost gauge on as well. Dave said I could leave the timing alone (I do live at about 5000ft up) he said just limit wot and run race gas, or top of the line octane booster, for any extended wot running. But for peace of mind I think I might still back it off 4 degree's as well. Ryan's not making anymore of his retard boxes  And I'd rather not lock in 4 degree's everywhere.....anybody else make a retard box?

Kevin did you get the inventory sheet covered yet? If not I'll try and scan mine for you It has some writing on it you'll prolly need to black out so as not to confuse your mech. I bought a partial kit and didn't need everything on the list.......but the sheets complete

ON THE INTERNAL there is no spring setting its shimmed on the mounting bracket to the turbo housing... while turbo is still uninstalled from the bike take the 1 allen bolt out and look at the shim ... cause later you might have to find a thicker shim to get boost down or thinner to increase boost ...bracket mounted flat to turbo housing is 11lbs on my bike ...
fuk the race gas.. AVGAS 100LL will keep your bike alive 3.50 gallon ...
shop around and find you a wide-band of your choice than can log preferred ..a/f ,rpm ,throttle position ...this you can tune it with ... usually one pops up used here or at http://psychobike.com/forums/index.php

Guys I am selling bigger injectors, modified rail, progressive boost referenced regulator, muzzy fule system and a wego3 AFR datalogger in the classifieds if interested.
Kevin, I can get you better deals than I am asking to save me trouble of shipping... I could just give it to James when comes to the house, or at Walt Healey... 10 minutes from my house.

straight ... i been on 8lbs ... but got it set at 11lbs now ....only time i mix is when i'm on a long ride and i stop and refill my tank with pump gas at 1/2 tank ... now when that runs out it straight pump gas... but i don't like riding my bike hard on the straight pump gas ...
