Cycle Logic Turbo owners..

I'm at work and trying to line up my turbo install. My guy wants a parts list for the stage one kit. I know when I peeked in the box there was an inventory list along with the instruction manual. I still have the instructions but have lost the inventory. I was wondering if anyone still has there parts breakdown and could possibly scan and email it to me at kevinshelbywall@hotmail.com It's a similar list to the one on the website but much more concise and detailed. Thanks.

Kevin,
If you want to be able to adjust the boost easilly, or progressive boost controller then you should get an external wastegate.
Have you and James discussed engine internals? How much boost / hp do you want?
When is he getting started on it?

Yes .. it's a nice up grade ...It gives you some adjustablity on boost levels ..We have Jesses set at 5 psi on the spring and then ramped it to 10 psi with a two stage controller.. You can set your base boost from 5 7 9 Ect by just changing the spring ...This type of waste gate doesn't have the boost creap that is known to happen with enternal waste gates ..

I drilled a hole through my turbo and threaded it so that I could run in a bolt to lock the internal w/g closed and use an external. I never thought much of those little flappers....

Hi Lyle. Thanks for the WG info. I talked to James about internals and decided that I am going to run stock internals for now. I'm only looking for 250ish hp. I want my bike for the summer so depending on how it goes I may wait to upgrade until next winter. I need to get a few days off before he can even try to get the bike in. I gotta trailer it down from Saskatoon, and I need work to slow down for a few days to do that. Been stuck on a well out by Edson for the last month or so. Oh well I'd rather be complaining about too much work than not enough.
