usually auto shift isnt legal.

its nice, but its not 100% fool proof. just hope you don't blow the tire off the line and have it shift into 2nd just to bog.
____________
b.w.
zx14, little longer, little louder, little lower.
08 Busa, just a little longer and louder and lower than the 14

Thats what I use, no problems. If you don't want autoshift, pull the chip and use the button.

i was thinking it would be good, if you missed your shift point it would, shift before you got into the rev limiter. also i have the muzzy airshifter and if you have will spin it wont shift either, that is the problem i am having with the muzzy.

you got to lower the air pressure in the tire to almost nothing to hook-up ...and run a good drag tire

I've had MPS auto on mine for 2 years....wouldn't live without it!!!!!!had it on the street bike now on the dragbike(same bike just 1 year of changes)
as far as wheel spin, it depeds on the severity....if you just blow the tire away your stuck in 1st gear no autoshift ,no button shift at least thats what mine does with the slick.
Just a side note if you can find a used 360 calibrated box( not 720 that the 14 needs) you can just put in a chip that is half of the desigred shift point and it will shift at twice the chip...you want 10600 put in a 5300.. saves you about $60 to have MPS recalibrate.
