1/8th mile results for 1/25/2009
Well... I didn't reach my goal of a 6.399999 but i was consistently in the low 6.4's and consistantly running high 1.5 60fts today. Air kind of sucked which is why my MPH is a little low. I really need to get my 60fts down some more, but it is what it is lol.
Set up is still as follows,,,
Lowering bones on middle hole, front lowered an inch and strapped, flies removed, 16t front sprocket, shinko 003 soft @ 18PSI, and 87 pump gas.
My best times of the day were launching at 4500 rpm. I suspect that the low rpm launches weren't working today due to the stickier track and bad air.
RT--------.180
60ft-------1.581
330ft-----4.231
mph-----87.407

Looking good! Have you tried to run more air in the tire? Im sure that tire is eating up some mph especially with that pressure. And if you used the lowest hole on the bones that would also help some.
Good job

It's my daily driver and i ride it to the track so i'm keeping it on the middle hole. Also, with the 16t front sprocket I have traction problems. The track was pretty cold today which is why I was below 20. I usually run 20-25 psi and if that doesn't work then I start dropping down until i hook.
