I am back in town a week and it looks like the weather might be ok on wednesday. Do you need full gear to run at Sunshine?

thanks

Anything over 100 MPH and they will tell you not to come back without leather pants and boots. If you show up on a 14, they may or may not let you run for the night. Todd knows what these bikes run and anybody that shows up on anything larger than a 600 without gear, he will pull aside and give you the talk. They usually let the newbe's run for that night, but no garantee. At very least show up with good gloves and boots.

I have a stock '07 i use for riding to work and for sport touring. I did get a motor back in the '06 LSR bike , but it is just a stock motor for now. I did get to test the new ignition and and auto airshift stuff on it so I should be ready when the new motor gets finished up.

last time i ran I think it went 114 mph , so I might be out of luck... I do have a jacket and a helmet , but the gloves are not the racing kevlar type.

I wear a size 10 boot , but am sure you leathers wont cover my fat ass I weight 230 , 38 waist and 48 chest .

I will stop by the track even if I cant run . What time do y'all get there ?

Yeah , they gave me some grief about not having boots...

But it looks like any kind of junk car can run and oil down the track.....

or wash the track with antifreeeze....
