new personal best

Today, I ran the fastest time that i've run so far. The DA was 3800 today, and the pirelli Dragon that I was running stuck like glue. It took a little getting used to, but once I figured out where to launch from here were my results. The numbers aren't great, but are damn good for our track which averages about 3-4 tenths slower than tracks like Fomoso (bakersfield).

The only mods done thus far are Flies out, lowering bones on the 2nd hole, lowered the forks 1" and strapped the front.

yeah, It's kind of frustrating knowing that I went faster in showroom stock form at the other track here... but since i'm banned from that track I guess I'll have to stick with the shitty air and patiently wait until I can get up to bakersfield. It looks like when I get my income tax in I'll be gaining some hp and losing some weight... Now I just have to decide if I want a street meg, short meg, or alien head lol. I know that the bike definitely has more in it, I've just got to be on my game. I've got a 16t front sprocket ordered, so I'll be trying it soon.

Id like to know why that is Bawls i run into the same thing. The track i normally ran i ran constistant 9.80s. Then when i would go to the other track around the area i couldnt break 10s. But the weird thing was my 10s at the other track had a 2mph higher trap speed.

The other track that I run at here is built in the Qualcomm stadium parking lot (chargers stadium). They have a top speed limit of 115 mph because there isn't enough shutdown room for cars to go any faster than that. The track is at sea level, and at night it has AMAZING air. My first run out there was a 6.40 @ 117 with a 1.62 60ft. rather than warning me about going too fast, they told me not to even bother running anymore since i was on a bone stock bike and it was my first run of the night. They gave me my money back and sent me on my way. I did run my friends 08 busa out there and went a 6.70@94 mph getting on the brakes about 20 yards from the finish line lol.

I can't tell you why you would run slower and have a faster mph. If it's due to air, your mph will slow down. Higher altitude= less hp=slower mph.
