Riders Running Dunlop Road Smarts . . .
What's your experience with the tires.
How much mileage have you clocked on them so far.
The reason why I'm asking is because the other day I noticed that my front tire is showing a lot more wear than my rear.
I keep the pressure at 40psi front and back plus I'm a big dude so I'm factoring this into more wear on the front.
I have 4000 fun miles on the set and the rear looks like it could go another 3 or 4000.
The front looks like I may be able to squeeze another 1000 to 1500. Kind of hard to tell right now though.
I have to say that these tires do what I want them to do and have no worries wet or dry.
Hope to hear some good feedback.

Generally there wearing faster than the rear and cupping. This is mainly on heavy bikes, also cupping. I have over 6,000 miles on my front PR-2 and its perfect. Should last another 5,000 miles.

I've heard the same thing with the avon storms. I run storm rears and love them (they last forever), but I run PR2 fronts as well

Well that just sucks!
So how does that affect the handling of your bike?
On top of that. are the issues being litigated?
Not sure how things work with tires.
