quote: get rim widened from east coast motor sports call jonathan at 1 704-786-8820 tell him travis told you to call send him your rim he will widen it. ask for a 11mm spacer for sprocket only. thats the only spacer you need. get a 1/4 inch offset sprocket. new bearings for your rear tire. get a 15 tooth since the rim will now be a18 inch rim instead ofa 17. get a pirelli tire. take your rear brake calper holder on rear where where it goes on axle nut and grind like 1mm off. use locktight on everything when you put it back together. call kawasaki shop in your town and ask for torque specs and torque all bolts. if you do this the tire is not off set. and i run 180 mph and does just fine. all you need is 1/4 inch offset sprocket, 11mm spacer between wheel hub and sprocket and put new bearings in.
Everything sounded right but all they do is widen the rim when they do the rear, so why is it an 18 now instead of a 17, i got a 240 from roaring toyz over 4 years ago n the setup did include a 18 on the back instead of the 17 n 1 tooth down offset in the front, but a friend had his rear wheel widened by tripleplatecustoms n the wheel is still a 17, (this bike is a katana 600 too) the chain will ride dangerously close to the frame however, not sure how close it is on ur 14's, i've seen some notch out the frame for clearance, but my 240 is centered n 51pds heavy, lol

That model looks very good dressed in those colors! I wish I had your horse power in my bike because mine is lighter. I hope you can get the pics up...even if you can transfer them from your email or something....just a suggestion.
