Got Another Issue .. .
Replaced my clutch over a month ago. On the first ride with the new clutches, I noticed a heavy grinding when engaging the clutch for the first few take-offs. After that it went away. I concluded that that was just chatter from installing the new clutches. Yes I did replace the fibers and steels in the right order and position.
For over a month, I didn't have a single problem until two days ago just before I changed my oil. This time on take-off I get that grinding and a clacking that I feel through the foot pegs. Also it's audible when I make a turn from a stop. Plus at cruising speed with light and consistent acceleration I get that light clacking. What's weird is that it is not rhythmic like you would hear from engine knock.
Like a dummy, I didn't pull off the clutch cover due to time and circumstances. I just changed the oil and filter.
It went away for a full day and now it's back.
When I first installed new plugs a couple weeks ago, the bike shocked me with how hard it pulled.
Now I noticed a lack of power like the bike has a huge flat spot in any gear.
Any ideas before I tear into this thing?

your "flat spot"... is the clutch slipping creating this flat spot? ie: are the revs going up and the bike aint going faster?

It's like it's in between slipping and catching.
Revs aren't going up like you would usually see when clutch is gone.

You never had that problem before the new clutches right???
You need to take the clutches out again, make sure the steels are round edge in and flat side facing you...You may have put the rings in wrong position???
Just frictions replaced???...Steels too???...Steels maybe warped???
It's hard to diagnose by way of Bikeland.org

Check the last plate[friction] may have it staggered wrong. Also make sure you dont have the cushion spring inverted, Just some thought's...

Yes, everything was installed correctly.
I'm still wondering if I should have replaced the clutch springs though.
They still measured out over 2.5", but they still had about 15-16K on them.
It's Sunday and I still haven't had a chance to open it up yet.
I'll find out what's going on hopefully this evening.
