Ventura Bike-Pack System

Does anyone have one of these installed on their 14? I downloaded a set of installation instructions and it requires you to remove the rear body and drill holes in the the undertail section (i think). Is this a simple task or a complete pain in the rear. Once installed is it a clean look? Thanks.

Remove seat. Remove the ECU/Spark box as a whole unit. No need to unplug things. Might be a pull the whole rubber boot up off the fender tabs. This way, you do not drill into the ECU is the heads-up on that drill bit is bill you later. Ass in no-star how's it look?

Now, the rest is easy is that download.

Thanks for the link which does review the bags themsleves. However, I would like some specifics on how the metal rack system mounts to the bike regarding ease of install and aesthetics.
