Bike dying and running bad

Hey guys having a problem with my bike.

06 ZX14 with a new power commander, Muzzy M14 pipe just had a custom map made for it and a speedo healer and a Muzzy airshifter. That is all the bike has on it.

Went out to load the bike Saturday morning and the battery was dead, so I pull the battery and hot charge it for an hour and put in the bike. Starts and runs fine, so I load the bike and head to the track. get to the track battery is dead again. Stop by Wal-mart and buy a new battery and take it home and charge it.

I installed the new battery Sunday morning, bike fires right up. Load bike head to the track. get to the track bike fires up and make a pass everything is going good, pass felt real strong (9.55) and nothing out of the ordnary happened till I was heading back on the return road. The bike acts as if it starving for fuel as it will not run above a idle, I play a little bit and it reaches 6K on the tach but the second I let the clutch out it acts as if it has no balls to move it self. I limp it back to the trailer and it dies 4 or 5 times on the way there. Get back and look it over and nothing seem wrong but it will not start. Load it up and take it home.

When I was leaving for work this morning I thought try and see if it will start, Bam started right up.

I was having an issue with my PC and they replace it when it was an internal short or somethinglike that, that's why it is new.

Anythoughts??

Thanks for your help..

Doc.

Doc unplug the p/c and see what happens .... Also unplug the Muzzy Digakill box and give it a try ....I have 3 of them damn Digakills go bad ... If it's not the P/C or the Digakill box i would look at the fuel pump output , it should be around 43 PSI ..

Also make sure your P/C is grounded to the battery and not the frame ..

Have just about the same set up...PCiii, muzzy shifter.

Was the red wire for the digi....the one you "make" with the connector that did the same thing to mine.

Was killing the power to the injectors.

Like CR said...my wire was backing out of the connector and not staying connected.

I was fortunate, I knew it had to be in that area somewhere cause everthing was fine, and oneday I was messing in that area with that turd TRE and it started screwing up the next day
