Ti / Al - Shades of Metals
Okay.... I know there is a lot of muffler talk going around these here parts but I have a couple inquiries that I didn't get answered in the search.
1 - I see that Brock has pipes made from aluminum and titanium. I was wondering if there is a performance difference between the two or is it just a matter of looks? I am going to have mine ceramic coated anyway so do I bother with the Titanium pipe?
2 - Also, I see that he offers a new Shorty Generation 3. Does anyone have this on their bike yet, and if so could you post some pics and a sound clip?
Thank you!!!

With Ti. vs. aluminum on the same design pipe, weight is the consideration. Ti considerably lighter. If the pipe does not have a bung welded in it, and you try to add one to a ti pipe, you will find it is more trouble unless you have the right welder or use a creative install.
