STOLEN BIKES!! TAMPA
Sometime between 12:00 pm and 6:30 am Thurs. night or Fri. morning someone removed from my garage 1 '07 ZX-14 and 1 '05 636 located in Seffner Fl. There is a reward for the return of these bikes or leads so I can shoot the bastards. The 14 is blue, approx 2800 mi. chromed foreman grills, chrome factory rims, muzzy oval, lowering links and extensions. The 636 is titanium approx 4000 mi. with a yosh underseat pipe, carbon fiber rear turn signals and mirrors has scratches on left upper fairing that were touched up. I can be contacted at (813) 965-5094 if you have any information.
Thank you for any help you may offer.

Man i feel your pain'' About a month ago we had a customers bike stolen. I spent over 4 grand since then on security, camera's/motion detecters and i'm training a pair of shepards. I had dogs before and was told that with the business i could be open to a suit if they bite anyone, but in twenty yrs we never had a break in. Guess what F%$k the law suit,i have installed a dog door that when set a night if the motion det, goes off it unlocks and im training the dogs to attack when they hear it. It 's either that or iam gonna shoot some son of a bitch. I spent two days in court for the judge to give these idiots another chance. That's something they'll not get here again! I pretty much told the judge in open court, that the reason theift was so bad was the courts did nothing when they are caught. Sorry for the rant but it burns''anytime i hear of a bike being stolen........... Bill

Man I hate hearing this! Good luck I hope you recover them. I live in Tampa. Although I won't be in town for a few weeks, I'll keep an ear open for suspicious parts for sale.

Were you at Bike Nite last Wed. at Quaker Steak and Lube? I saw a bike there that matched your description. I will keep my eyes open. I had a helmet stolen in July and I am still fuming. If there is anything we can do to apprehend these thieves I am for it. That bike was sharp!

Thats why we get along so well.
I treat everyone like a friend till they get outa line.... then things change real quick.
don fug around, and everything is cool.
My sister is a lawyer , she told me not to hang signs around the house stating beware of dog, as it implies I KNOW the dog might bite, and knowingly having such an animal makes me completely negligent for its actions.
The sign prevents the owner from being able to claim ignorance....
I say screw it, the dog is what ya get if you come creepin around, and be glad its NOT the owner who gets hold of ya... LOL

Great news for you, besides the cost of repair
Trust the fat fuck to ride in a way to attract the police....
Did they get the guy though??? I bet his fat fucking chum took the 636. if they caught this lump of lard, hopefully the cops will put some work looking into his friends.
Mobile numbers in his phone, linked to names known to the police. Any sms lurking around...
Where this guy lives, his 'buddy' will live close too. Your 636 i parked in a garage nearby no doubt.

Wright there with you my northern freind'' Our lawyer said the same exact thing, and added that it use to be if you put signs with gaurd dogs on premises up, you would be covered from most liability. Now in this IM not responsable for any law i break, its not my fault society we live in'' any sign showing you intend to protect yourself or your property can make you liable. He also said be completely ignorant of any thing that happen's. I am sure ignorance is something the theives will relate too. Lyle it does give me some hope in people that you and i from differant sides of the tracks feel the same way about protecting our own. Anyway hope the family is well and the monster is almost alive, he he! 4FUN im sorry your bike was stolen man,but really glad you found it, Throw the book at that guy, even if he gives up his buddies who took your 636.... Wait....Find out his name, address, etc....Go to home depot, get one of them "click to light" propane torches. Get two or three friends and a girl friend as an alibi.
You would not beleive how much people will talk the closer that torch gets.

If his name and other information was posted on this site, we would hope that the mods were not on holiday , fell ill or had a password errror or server error...
As they would have to remove the information if requested as soon as practicaby within a adequate time frame pertaining to the availability of resources that will allow them to correctly assess the request in a timely manner and act accordingly to not have this guys information availible for all the people who view this site in Tampa to see it...

And by the way, It would be better to have not only a "Beware of Dog" sign but also a "No trespassing" sign as well. Laws are always different in different areas so it's wise to check with a couple of lawyers in your own area for thier answers rather then someone online who has a freind who is a lawyer in whatever area and the answer may be different for your own.
Thing is if the dog bites someone it will probably be going to court reguardless (once again depends on the laws in the particular area and situation). However a "Beware of Dog" sign isn't really implying you have a attack dog or vicious animal but that there is a Dog that dwells on the property. Period. If it's a case you have a "Attack dog on guard" sign then that is a little different. A beware of dog sign is simply a warning. Not just for kids climbing the fence to retrieve a ball or trespassers but for meter readers, postmen, deilvery persons and yes even cops if they are chasing a suspect. Imagine NOT having a sign up and then having to explain things to such people if it does bite or deal with the police shooting the animal coming out of nowhere since there was no warning. It is simply a warning there is a dog somewhere on the property. Some home insurance companies ask for dog owners to have a sign up since if they don't, that means the insurance company can decline paying anything in the event of a dog bite.
Once again it's best to check with a lawyer or 2 on whats what in your area.
