Has anyone purchased from H2O Cycles before??
I ordered $600.00 worth of stuff from their website with my credit card 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear from them or recieve my order. I have called about 10 times and left messages but no response. I have emailed them 2 times and nothing. I called today and their phone is out of service. I guess I will call the credit card company and file a complaint to get my money back

WOW,,, Slapnutz.
The exact same situation happy with me.......I had to end up calling visa. They will put the money back on your card instantly, write a report on the issue.
and go after H20, themselves. all the while you'll already be paid.
That company should definetly be shut down.
I had a billing problem from Schnitz before, but in the end it was UPS not schnitz......
However, at H20 its them. I am surprised they didnt try and give you a bogus tracking number like they did with me.

Just a little update. After 1 month of BS I finally got fed up and cancelled the order called my credit card company. Louis the owner is a lying poor excuse business owner that runs a business worse that I have ever seen. I emailed over 12 times, left over 20 messages and the only time I recieved a response is when I threatened about the Better Business Bureau and credit card fraud. After recieveng 2 different tracking numbers that were bogus I had enough. My credit card company is refunding my money and going after them.
