What do you think the clutch will do when you push an extra 40-50 shot thru it?

I have seen a B king with a small shot run 9.50s at 62 inch wheel base with a good rider ... So i think a Vmax would run about the same ... I'd like to ride one and see what i could run in stock form ....

That B-King that Smokin' is referring to is currently 2nd in points for the AMA Street Fighter Class. Just a warning, he purposely hits the N20 late in order to slow the bike down to run 9.50. The bike is definitely capable of more than 9.50 with a 50 shot. I won't say his number on line, because he travels with AMA and might want to grudge one of you. I'm not saying that the B-King is faster than a 14 with all things being equal, but given that all things are usually NOT equal like rider weight and skill for example, I believe that B-Kings are capable of taking out 14s here and there.

How does hitting the nos late slow the bike down, and I'm trying to figure out right know how fast I could be on a B-king cause a guy wants to trade me my turbo bike for one. I would think with a 50 shot on a b-king at 62 inches I could run 9.20's to 9.30's at 215 lbs in shorts.

That sounds possible with a pipe , tune and a 50 shot ... The guy that rides the B king is around 200 pounds ... It should run as good as a Gen 1 busa set up the same way ..

Hitting it late slows him down because he could go faster / quicker if he hit it in 2nd vice 3rd or 4th...

Well that I know, but Burnout made it sound like it would go faster then 9.50 unless he sprayed it which I could not figure out.
