Carbon Fiber Tire Hugger...
I ordered a Chinese Carbon Fiber Tire Hugger off e-bay… Excellent price!
Only two problems when it arrived, 1. It was not carbon fiber but plastic with a sticker on it and 2. It does not even come close to fitting the 14 (maybe a moped).
I no a lot of members have them is there anyone out there that got a good deal and were happy with it! A link would be nice...
