Any Rearsets Lower Than Stock For 1/4 Mile?
Do any of the rearsets out there allow for lower than stock peg positioning? I don't mind the pegs set back, but lower than stock would help me at the dragstrip.
When foot-shifting I have noticed that the bike starts to wheelie when I raise up to make the shift. I am somewhat big, and I seem to really be raising the cg of the bike. Also, I have lost traction a couple of times in 2nd, and I think it is from getting out of the groove when I have to move around on the bike.
I will be mounting an air shifter soon, which should help. I can't use drag pegs due to my exhaust location, but would still like something. The slick shifting action of rearsets would be an added benefit.
Any info appreciated!

shane,
I know my Sato's will go lower, in fact they will go low enough to interfior with the kickstand operation. They are also infinitely adjustable. I think Sato also sells the reverse/gp shifter which may help your situation.
There are cheaper mods like Buell pegs, but you won't have the adjustability or good looks of Sato's, Gilles, Vortex, etc.
