the 08 busa is my friend, its geared, 5 over, brocks allien head and bazzaz, he weights about the same as me 180lbs unsuited, and has run 9.22@151mph on pump gas with a 1.44 60ft, best i've been so far on my bike is 9.55@147 w/ 1.57 60ft, on pump gas,stock wheelbase and stock gear.Havent tried this tune out yet so it should pick up some i'm hoping to trap well over 150 tonight.

Oh hell yeah, I didnt notice that in his pics! Man, thats one of the few things about the 14 that bothers me: the white ass lights on the tail. You do that yourself?

my friend is a painter, he painted them with transparent black paint and cleared them.

well back from the track a little disapointed but non the less satisfied. track that i usually go to and get 7-9 passes at on fri nights was closed for bikes and cars (stupid junior dragsters). I had to drive another 60 miles on top of the 50 i already drove to a different track. Only got 2 passes in. First pass i left very soft trying to get a feel for the bike because riding it in the staging lanes it felt alot different. 1.7560 6.32 1/8@121.7/9.57@149.2 this tied my previous best that i achived with a 1.5760 and getting on a gas alot harder/quicker in 1st then i did last night. I pulled around got the slip and was thinking i can def leave alot harder, but heres what happend. My friend that was watching me said that it wheelied in 1st about 2" carried the wheel through the 60ft(wierd cuz with that soft of a launch and getting on that gas that slow it wouldnt even think of picking up the wheel) needless to say that got me thinking.
2nd pass i left like i usally leave(or at least i tried) bike 60ft decent 1.64 but about 30-40 feet out it started coming up, i staid in it hoping that front end would settle, by about 70-80 feet out i was 1.5" feet in the air, got scared let of the gas completly came down kinda hard got back in it, hit second the bike lifted again but settled itself down. went like 10.1@147.
3rd and last pass, that wheelie def got in my head i left soft afraid of wheeling

So i didnt hit my 150mph but this bike is like a completly different machine now, i could leave low 1.6s to mid 1.5s 60ft on stock gear before all day long now i cant even imagine how i'm going to do that, i'm getting on the gass much much later and locking in damn near at the end of 1st, it has never come up when hitting 2nd with air shifter but last to runs it came up good 2-3" and carried the wheel almost to the end of 2nd. I'm going to order a 40t rear sprocket and go back next friday and see what i can do, this bike has 9.3x written all over it on stock wheelbase, 9.2x should be doable if i can leave with a mid 1.5 and 124mph 1/8th, 151 1/4 should be no problem once i can lock the gas at least half way in 1st
