What is the going rate for an 08??
I was wondering what's an average price range people are paying for the 08's? Reason I am asking is because I am looking to buy a new one and so far the lowest price quote I have been given is 11800 out the door for the red and black special edition.

I think thats what I am going to do. I was going to get the 08, but I still need to unload my current bike and with the riding season coming to an end in a bout a month or 2.

Here is a link to one that didn't sell for just under $10,000. It had free shipping. Maybe get a hold of that dealer and save a few. I thought of it but only have 13,000km on my present one and have it fixed up the way I wanted it.

I have to agree 100%. The more miles I put on it, the looser it gets and more enjoyable it is to ride. Truck On!!!

That is an excellent idea! And if the 09 models don't appeal to you then the 08's will be even cheaper because everyone will be out buying the 09's.
