Pearl Crystal White / Pearl Metallic Yellow is all done
Well here she is, all done. I had a nice saturday night ride with my boys. It was 3 weeks ago tonight I crashed, and the bike was was just put back together this morning. It turned out beautiful. The yellow looks like a mustard kinda of in the pictures cause photo's do not show pearl or candy, but it's actually pearl and very bright in person. The metallic pearl yellow is Mazda's paint code (J9) and it's the same yellow that came on the 93 Mazda RX7 Turbo. I got a lot of positive feedback on it. Not everyone likes yellow, But I have never owned a yellow car or bike and always wanted to. I like it

It's amazing to me that after the wreck you had, you got this bike running well and looking great in 3 weeks. And I hope you're healing up as well, my man. Looks good. You'll be definitely turning some heads!

Man, I wrecked on Saturday July 5th, the very next day (Sunday) i was ordering the parts i needed, Monday i had all the plastics off, Tuesday i got a estimate for body work, so yes, i did get the ball rolling very quick. Most of the 3 weeks the bike was down was because it took some idiot on eBay 13 days to ship my fairings from new jersey to Florida. otherwise is would of been a 2 weeks turn around. Thanks for the comments, I had an idea in my head what i wanted it to look like, and i got the same results.

Hey SOZX14, how do you like the street manners of that 1530? I put a couple together when muzzy first offered them,and they make torque like crazy. Great race engine but i often wondered how well they do long term on the street. Also your bike is badass.... Bill...

256 hp and 144 pounds of torque. It's a little to much until i stretch it. Instant horsepower. It's almost scary to be honest lol

Whatever floats your boat i guess, not a big fan of the yellow. Lowering it will def make it handle worse. these bikes arent made to handle though.

If you like corners, dont listen to dyed in the wool draggers lol.
My bike sits 1 1/2" taller than stock.
This is why;

Used epoxy steel to try to limit damage to my pipe. Then boot toes to save oil sight glass.
I'd do track days with the lowers removed so they wouldnt get destroyed.
On other side ground the shifter tip and kickstand foot 1/2 off before I modified suspension, for corners!!!
Bike looks fantastic!!!
Giving Me ideas for a Red with gold and black trim.
