Results: Dyno and custom map for the 08'

I left my bike at the dyno shop with an installed PCIII/Yosh full system TRC's/BMC air filter and the best results were 176.14 max power and 105.38 max torque. Run conditions were 88.74 *F and 29.28 in-Hg, humidity 30%, STD 1.05. I still get the decel pop with the custom map, no big news for anyone but the ridability is way better since I installed the full system. The rear tire was trashed after the dyno runs, but I don't feel too bad since it had 2,700 miles on it and needed to be replaced anyway. From reading other posts I believe the above results are about average for the 08's. I am disappointed in the dyno results, but the ridability is outstanding.

I plan to keep my 14 for some time, I hope Honda will come out with the new XX 2 soon...Competition among manufacturers is always good for us consumers!

Im betting money the HP is higher than tested ... The tire alone caused a HP loss ..
The zx14 ram air is one of the best so what you see on the dyno is not what you get on the street or track .. ... The zx14 is no dyno queen like some bikes so don't worry about the numbers ...
