no, the speedohealer disables the speed limiter , but the pc3 tuneup with your pipe added will contribute to higher speeds. the speedohealer recalibrates the speedometer. the pc3 helps control fuel delivery.

It's very easy to install. Just remove a few pieces of plastic, run the wire and plug it in. Should take under an hour. Just do a search for speedohealer and you will find a few places to buy one.
