electronically(ecu) limited power availability (ala ZX-10 electronically actuated servos) during first 1000-1500 miles to ensure proper break-in/driver familiarity with bike and characteristics. Program would allow an option on the dash display to select from retarded setting for limited power to ReTaRdEd setting for the folks that just can't live without more.....
just my 2 cents off the top of my head.....
and why stop at the r....be like Honda...make it an RRRR......
I read a few guys saying stuff like this and I don't know why they're being so anal about the bike. I don't want it built at ALL like that. If you want it like that do it yourself after you purchase. I like adding special editions on that not everyone else gets off the showroom floor. You can have all that stuff you're mentioning...just purchase it after you buy it. People get retarded about this shit, normally the 40+ age group. I'm only 9 years behind and I don't want that shit stock at all.
Also...you want an "R" model and a "more aggressive" ergonomic feel, then buy it...it's called a ZX10! Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuh!

I've had my 07 blue up to 198 on my garmin.....and have seen 195 several times on the same road under slightly worse conditions. No rev limiter here either, 9400 is no problem 
And the only thing I'd like to see kawi change is the power output....I want more power 
Leave the ergo's and smooth ride alone though. Thats why I bought the damn thing...

I read a few guys saying stuff like this and I don't know why they're being so anal about the bike. I don't want it built at ALL like that. If you want it like that do it yourself after you purchase. I agree, well said, no matter how they build it we will always be looking for the advantage so the game of add ons and the search for the unique ride will continue regardless. Besides if they add all that stuff all we'll get is an $18,000 V Max or $13,000 naked Busa aka B-King!!!!!!

I can say that storage for a cell phone, gloves and a hat would be great. Storage space is the only thing I miss from my Busa.

I agree on storage though. Kaw has really taken the race bike in street trim theme seriously.
I have an 07 zx6r at the moment and there is only room for the tool kit and you have to fold your paperwork many times over. I looked at the 08 zx10r at the dealer and there is only room for the tool bag in it. and the 14 isnt too much different.
Kaw please keep in mind that we could use room for a wallet pcIII and paperwork too. Thats not a lot to ask for>>>>>>>

The ZX-10 is a great bike....but not if your 6' 7" and 360+ lbs. Phat fat guys like to ride too. Hence the wish list for the ZX-14"R".

Oh man, I would LOVE some storage space under the seat. I can't believe there isn't any. Just a toolbox sucks.
Blackbullet - I'd like the ZX16 instead. lol Maybe someday it will be reality.
