warranty ?
What all can you do to the bike if it is still under warranty and not void it? I'm thinking of the pcIII and pipes, but don't want to void my warranty. Thanks

Not quite sure I understand what you're saying. As long as I can put it back to stock it's o.k.?

Any change to the stock bike some think Kawi has to prove.. that change/mod was the reason for warranty needed. I seen work both ways it really depends more on the dealer if he will work with you or not. Good example is no 2nd gear or jumping out of gear..Kawi and almost all will say owner abuse.

I have spoken to Kawasaki in the past and they require the bike to be returned to stock. If you install pipes and PCIII the best bet is to remove PCIII and install the stock pipes before you take the bike to the Dealership. Most times when performing warranty work , Kawasaki sends someone out to take pictures.

Just got off the phone with Kawasaki Co. and said that I do whatever I want to the bike but if something happens to it, and it was deamed the reason for failure then they wouldn't cover it. So...pipes are on the way.

That is illegal. Unless it can be proven that your upgrades were the cause of the problem they can't do anything about it. You can upgrade pretty much anything you want, if your upgrades aren't the cause of the problem they you are fine.
