Howdy men. Has anyone here ever had a PClll go bad and had Dynojet not want to refund your money? Only 2weeks old and they want to trouble shoot it. Bike ran fine for two days now only runs on one cyl. Take off PC and bike runs fine.All conectors cked.with magnafier and look good. Or let me put it this way,have you ever read their return policy on they're site? It says comming soon which to me means no refunds. What the hell kind of a corperation wont refund your money for a defective product? Just letting everyone know the risk they take when buying from Dynojet.Their phone has been busy for three days and no answer to my Emails.Was told they'er getting 400 customer service calls a day. Why,,mabey the chinese parts are causing more than normal failure rates.Anyone with PC problems please post..Thanks Jack

I have only ever heard of 1 being determined faulty. The problem on the 14 is usually the ground - b/c they suggest putting it under plastic - bad idea.

I have been all over the connections and ground. Learned from many 14 boards that their ground instructions suck,but do they admit or change the instructions for the grounds.Hell no. Do their instructions say you have to be a member of one of these sites to find out about there poor choice of grounds.No. I guess you guys are just use to crapy products and service EH.Just like everything else that happens to your bikes,if it hasen't hapened to yours you ain't interested. Well lotsa luck with the products of the future kids.I have 6 PCllls and when you finally get a bad one don't look to them for help. Just eat 300 bucks. The more crap you buy the more crap they will sell you. Ninja14 you have only heard of one bad one, thats what most say. Then count how many members here have only heard of one bad one.
