I had the same problem and all it turned out to be was low presure in the front tire. before you go and buy rotors you should check that

my oem tire still looked good at 3000 miles w/ air in it but when i dismounted it to switch to the power pilots i was shocked to see how badly cupped out it was and if the tire pressure was off 5 psi with that tire it would shake a good bit during decel
