clutch

Hey I changed my clutches today on my 14, When I put it all back together my clutch lever is stiff as hell.Has anyone had this problem before?I tried bleeding it and everything. Also I changed my front sprocket .Could I have done something to the slave cyclinder.I took the clutches out and reinstalled and still the same thing.Started with the smaller fiber and ended with the big one.Suppose to race this weekend so your suggestions would be appreciated.

Sounds like to have the clutches in right...... Were these oem clutches ? Did you use the same springs ? If you used aftermarket clutch pack it may have to much stack hight...

I would double check to sprocket cover and make sure you didn't get some wires or a drain hose caught under the cover ..... Did you remove the cover complete with the slave cly ? Or did you remove the hose for some reason ? There is no reason to bleed it if you didn't break the line loose...

I have seen guys pull the cly off the cover and have the puck come out to far and get stuck cockeyed in the very end of the bore ...

Let us know what you find out ...
