Pipe,Pan,bike PICS and updates LARGE

Well first I got my Muzzy pipe in today. This is the M-14 stainless oval can NOT THE

MEGAPHONE STYLE I will be running the rest of the season. First off let me say how great

of an experience I have had dealing with Muzzy's this last month or so, they were even so

nice to send me a can to race FOR ONE WEEKEND!!! then they are going to send me the

Megaphone style M-14 next week. Now on to the technical details. THe pipe is a VERY

nice piece I am very impressed by the quality of the pipe (IT EVEN HAS AN 02 sensor bung

already installed) Now to the dyno LOL We bolted the pipe up and put it right on the dyno

needless to say I was IMPRESSED!!! with no tuning it made a little less then 1 horsepower

less then the smeg at peak, BUT at 7500 rpm it made about 5 HP MORE!! keep in mind

this is with no tune just bolting on, well then we got to tuning, amazingly there wasnt that

much difference between the map for my Brocks SMEG and the map we finished with on

this pipe but the good news is after the tune this regular canister NOT A MEGAPHONE

made 1hp more at peak then my Brocks SMEG did and still had 5 more HP at 7500. I am

going to the track this weekend to do some testing with E.T. and MPH I expect good things.

The headers on this pipe are obviously COMPLETELY different then the old Muzzy's stuff

and actually they are VERY SIMILAR in appearance to the headers on Brocks system. As a

disclaimer I will say we did not dyno on the same day my Brocks was last dynoed about

two weeks ago, BUT the conditions were VERY SIMILAR. I am not going to post actuall

numbers as it is VERY close to the season and I will begin grudge racing soon so I cant be

putting that info out there like that. Now on to the rest of the stuff the oilpan will be forsale

officially on April 12th I am posting pictures of the Swivel Pickups and a bunch of my bike.

Also posted are pictures of my new rearstand it is a POWERSTANDS Brand I am very

impressed it is a paddle style or spool and it will work from the front or the back, I was so

impressed with this stand that we went ahead and did a dealer account with them so If

anyone is intersted in one we are doing them for 110 plus shipping so just let me know.

O.K. here is the pics oh yeah I threw one in of my Daughter playing in the 10 inches of

snow we had a few weeks ago LOL first time in my life it has ever snowed in Arkansas in

March LOL

Oh I forgot I also have some pics of my new Catalyst 6inch over tail and Tiger full undertail,

and my New Velocity swingarm. We can get those cheaper then anyone so if anyone

wants one let me know. Bike will be completely finished by the 12th of april so I will get

some final pics up around then. Will begin testing the new Megaphone style M-14 next

week.

Wheelie, Muuzy sent me this pipe because the Supersport or Megaphone style M-14 is not ready yet and they knew I wanted to race this weekend, I also assume they wanted me to do a little testing on this pipe as well. I didnt ask for this pipe they sent it to me so I could have a pipe to run this weekend and then they are going to send me the other pipe next week. Steve, I kinda miss the sound of the SMEG this one is not as agressive or loud, but that is just because of the type of canister, I am sure the Megaphone style M-14 will sound just as good as the SMEG and I will say this I was never really a fan of the looks of the SMEG ALL I CARE ABOUT IS POWER!! and this one is right there with the SMEG I am hoping that the Megapphone style will make even more power

The welds look really nice. From the looks of the bike you don't got time to be posting pic's and stuff. You gotta sleep sometime. I'm glad to see the new Catalyst 6inch over tail they make some really nice stuff. Looking forward to some race pic's. Good luck and get back to work!

Indeed Qwick I think it would, if you can go a couple of days without the pipe I will split shipping cost with you, and I will give us all detailed reports. Send me a PM and give me a week or so to get everything finished up, we are still running with a lot of the new plastics unpainted and dont really have the clutch worked out yet

That was just a pic of the "other" new Shorty from Brock. I finally broke down and purchased a full system, I went with the Short Meg and love it!

Good luck with your mods.

Good deal, that was faster than I thought!

seems like the smaller packages get lost in the schuffle and take longer

so its all ready to go out for paint?

Lyle since my bike is Black anyway and the seat will only be on when I race I think I am going to use it to put all the stickers on and have some airbrushing done to it instead of painting it to completly match. I will also say this about the footpegs I am talking to Jason about having a set of lightweight billet pegs made for the rear I think they will save a pound or two and also look better...

Depends on what you want... Underbraced nitrous bracket, powdercoated, anodized all these things cost, but I will say even at regular prices I think Velocity arms are among the most affordable give Jason a call he can answer all your questions.
