16 tooth countersprocket......
Tried the search but no luck.
I'd like a OEM front sprocket with the rubber dampner. Does anyone know which model Kawasaki has a 16 tooth for the 530?
Thanks,
Dan

I don't think anyone makes a 16t dampened sprocket. I'm using the zx11 countersprocket and added teeth to the rear. I truely dislike undampened sprockets. I'm running 17/45 and LOVE it. I don't believe that will fit on a stock chain though.
Damn, I forgot. What is stock on the 14?

AH-HA! did not know that zx14mike, just though the 11 and 12 were interchangable.

Yeah we've installed the 12's sprocket on the 14 to up the limiter for top speed runs but now I'm wanting to go down one tooth.
I would have thought that there would be a factory one on some model that would work.
Thanks guys,
Dan

Try a z1000 sprocket , it's a 16 tooth with damper from the factory ... I know it fits on my ZRX1200 (same as zx11) and that should fit the zx14 ...
P/S not the old z1000 but the new one ...

I had a chance to do a little research and it looks like the 92-95 ZR1100 (Zephyr) sprocket may work. It appears to be a 16t 530. The Z1000 looks like a 525 according to EK's webpage.
I'm leaving at daybreak heading to the Texas Mile......Yee-Haw! So it'll be a week before I pursue this any farther.
Thanks again folks for the replies.

I tell ya and anyone else.....................If you have never had a good parts guy to handle shit for you than you have just had a hard life....
There was a day when all I had to do was let Zack know what I wanted and it appeared ALWAYS RIGHT! and ALWAYS when I needed it....
I had to call Zack just this week 1 year after he left the shop to get help resolving a simple brake line issue that at one time would have been a piece of piss !
If I ever win the lottery I'm building the BIGGEST motorcycle shop EVER dreamed possible, AND I'll assure everyone Zack won't be able to refuse the pay I'll give him to run the coolest parts department ever..
Come on POWERBALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
