Four to Two Performance Exhaust System
Hi guys,
Any of you knows if there are any four to two performance exhaust system that might use to replace the stock ones?, I do like the two exhaust configuration and would like to keep it.
The ones I've seen here so far are all four to one (Brock's, Muzzy's, etc.).
Advising / Comments / Suggestions / do's & don't are welcome.

Strict performance, the 4 into 1 is the best. Mostly because of weight, and weight placement on the bike. (the lower and closest to center of bike the better). I use slip-on Two Brothers, which is popular for slip-ons.
I dont know if they make full exhausts, but I would put $ on it.

Which is the difference between slip-ons and full exhaust systems?

David, I'm not familiar with a performance aftermarket dual exhaust system either. But I do know who you can call to see if he'll build you one. His name is Jon Cornell (Drag Racer) he lives in Ohio and is the owner of UFOcycles.com & Tailwindz.net. I have already spoken with him on building a 4-2-2 system for the ZX14, but there has not been enough interest in the idea to start a production line. Jon has been building a killer complete dual system for the Vmax for many years, so he knows what he's doing when it comes to the dual systems. Jon also currently has a 4-1 system for the ZX14, so maybe he can make a few mods to his existing header and Voila, a 4-1-2 system may be possible for you. I'm not sure of the benefits that this type of system would have, but surely it would have to be a step up from the "typical" dual slip-on systems that rely on the factory head pipe. Just tell him to add two of my upgraded megaphone "Qwick Megs" to complete your system (no joke). Give him a call (440) 582-2525 just leave him a message if you get the voice mail, his dyno runs all the time, so he may not hear the phone ring. Or pm me if I can help you at all.

Hooking a friend up eh? its cool qwick, you're one of the guys around here that wouldnt steer anyone wrong.
Yes Kikon, mine is a four into two. Slipons hook up just past the center of the header right behind the oil pan. Look on yours you will see where the factory ones mount up. Basically just past where you can see my exhaust pipe heading under the bike.
The stock header is apparently confining, with a aftermarket header you can pick up between 5-8 HP more supposedly. And the drawbacks to a dual exhaust are: weight, clearance of chain, weight, and simpler routing. And weight. Eventhough it only weights another two or 3 pounds, alot of guys here think that is a big difference.  I could give a shit myself lol. I just like the duals look. Just not the huge stock duals!
Oh yeah, here's Brocks own words he emailed me about slip-ons versus full exhaust. ( I havent downloaded the dyno graphs yet)
"I just sent you the run view information.
After you download the program- you can view the attached run files of a stock ZX-14 exhaust vs. our slip-ons. FYI- these make the best power of any slip-ons we have ever made/ tested.
Please note- The files attached are from a different dyno than mine on a bike which has had nothing done to help power- thick oil etc.
The numbers are lower than we see (some Dyno's are as much as 10 HP different from the next) BUT- you can clearly see the improvements.
Also note- they tested backwards. The bike arrived with the dual slip-ons and was converted back to stock to measure the difference our of my curiosity at a alter date.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks S_n_S & Kevin, I appreciate waaaay much your help in this matter. Most likely I will do the transition to install a different exhaust system once I dominate the "stock" power and when I feel confident about my "sport bike driving skills".
I was wondering if any of you guys tried the stock exhaust when you removed the flies and installed PCIII (am I missing something?), what happened?, do you believe the stock "pipes" or cans can handle it?
Because I feel that the maximum power to be taken out of a ZX14 will be used mostly on the dragstrip and not on streets......Right or Wrong?
As far as here in Chile we don't have a proper fitted drag racing site, most of the speed I would like to get out of my "land missile" will be on highways. When I feel ready, I really would like to reach the top speed with stock limitation (186 mph....150 mph so far) and "break" or at least reach the 200 mph, once the necessary modifications are done.

Yeah I know Bigtd, I'm a wuss. But I suppose everyone should know their limits and extend them once they feel comfortable doing it. Better to be safe than sorry, ya'know.
BTW, I saw that Muzzy's have a 4-2-2 exhaust system for the Concours.....that one might work, hu?

Unless you are chasing the looks of a 4-2, don't waste your time or money and get the performance oriented 4-1,
whether it be brocks, or ti force, they are both very close in power, and 10 HP more is not going to kill you, the stock bike could do that easilly!
The concourse likely has different mounts for the cans etc,
No need to reinvent the wheel.
spend your money wisely, and spend it once.... go for the gusto....
just have respect for the machine, and ride smart

If you like the look of the dual cans, get a pair of slip ons.
If you think it needs more, pull the flies and have it mapped.
Next step would be -1 on the front sprocket.
After you've done these steps in this order, then you'll know if you want a full system.
As you already know, the 14 had stupid speed and power. Just take your time, and get used to the bike----especially the flies mod, and the front sprocket.
Just take it easy and don't get in over your head, it happens much faster on this bike.

Thanks Lyle & lietoome, when the time comes.....will let you know what I finally did. I am trying to take it easy, specially moneywise since I've spent too much money and wifey is getting mad at me. In the upcoming year, it'll be one thing per month i.e: next month= leather Jacket + stands , following month= leather pants, etc., etc.
I like Lyle's sentence: go for the gusto......, that's the way it always should be.

If it helps, there is guys on here that have put the stock 14 exhausts onto there 14 Concourse's. Should be a two way street.

Brand new pair of M4 "Retro Drag" GP-style dual black ceramic slip-on canisters for the 06-07 Kawasaki ZX14R. These have got to be the most radical slip-ons for the big ZX that has come along yet! Loud, short, black and affordable. Comes with two canisters, all required hardware and instructions. Easily installs onto the end of the stock system. They say:
