Engine Cuts Off
Riding around town a few times I have noticed that my engine dies. It seems to happen mainly when I roll out of the throttle like to shift gears. It happened once when pulling away from a traffic light and I had to coast off the road and wind on the starter to get it restarted. I was in Daytona this weekend, rode home and it started happening again. I was on I-10 Eastbound and when I would shut the throttle approaching cars, every now and then I'd get no response when I opened it again. It would take a few seconds to respond. Not sure if the bike actually died, I was running 100+ and just twisted a little until it picked up again, but it was quite annoying. I'm running a PCIII mapped with DynoJet's flies out map, Scorpion slip-ons and an ATRE.

Agree check the ground on the PC that is more then likely the cause if you ground it on the frome make sure you dont ground it on a screw hole with a rubber grommet and make sure you scratch the paint off to bear metal good luck

After I changed the ground on the PC... that fixed the main problem of the motor dying and not being able to start again... but later I had the problem that you are having. I would be riding and let off the throttle... and the bike would just kill. What I did was re-install the map. I put the same map in... but it fixed the problem. I am not sure if the original install of the map was corrupt... but I have not had the problem since... Maybe try that. If you have several maps... you could also just try another map to see if that helps. What it seemed like to me was that the fuel supply just stopped when the throttle was at '0'. I hope this helps! Good Luck....

I spliced an extra ground wire to the PC ground and ran it to the battery.
No problems since.
