speedohealer
Okay guys so where do I find a speedohealer? So is it true that without the speedohealer, my mileage will accumulate falsely?

The speedo is usually optimistic by a few percent, keeps you the right side of the law, your mileage will be wrong by the same percentage. Speedo healer will correct this but is normally used when the gearing has been altered or to deliberately under-read to defeat the ecu speed limiter.

yes your mileage will be 8% optimistic stock. if you put the healer on with an 8% correction factor the mileage and speedometer readings will be correct. also your mpg indications will br truer as well. love my speedohealer........brock or schnitz have them in stock

Correction....the SPEEDO is 8% optomistic, but the mileage is dead on. If you correct the SPEEDO to be accurate, the mileage will be 8% slow (or whatever your speedo correction factor was).

i will check the odometer out but the computer mpg readings are much more accurate with the healer. i guess i will not be pissed if my bike racks up miles more slowly...

My work is exactly 81.3 miles away from the front door of my house.....when the bike was stock.
Radar calibrated the bike with a 11.4% correction factor and now work is 72.8 miles away from my front door.
EDIT: My AMPG went up when that happened to.....I don't get why though.
