RPM Billet oil pan update!

Figured out what the problem was with the oil pan. It is now fixed, we are finishing up the pan hopefully over the weekend. Final specs on the pan are this. It will be a stepped 2 inch pan with a swivel pickup and will hold approximately 4.5-5qts of oil. THere is no way to have a 1inch pan with a street pipe but even with the 2inch the limiting factor on how low you can go will be the pipe and not the pan. I will let you all know final details like price and when they will be for sale hopefully next week.

Price we be less then 500 for sure!! I am expecting 400-450 Which I think is fair as COby Addams is charging 300 for his modifyed stock pan! I will say this this pan IS TRICK!!!! I am very pleased with the way it is turning out

Waiting to see it for my turbo application,
we need pics!
How does the swivel mount?
That was one of the issues , the adams pan uses baffles rather than swivel as layout is different than suzuki, and difficult to mount swivel from what i understand / have read.

WE NEED PICS! LOL

I'M guessing they had to go with baffles also. If not they have done some trick work because of the design of the pan and base area on a 14,IMO bill..

I will get you guys some pics as soon as I can. I will also ask Jason about the mounting of the Pickup. The hold up now is all on me, I am still recovering from my back surgery and wating on the plastics to get back from the painter.

Yes the pickup is already installed on my bike and the pan is getting the finishing touches as we speak. I have had a version of the pan on for almost 2 months but we kept having leak problems (SMALL LEAKS) but after a few track days and a lot of dyno sessions we figured the problem out and now have it fixed. I am sponsored by RPM (and Now Muzzy who woulda thought LOL) and me and Jason were not about to release an untested pan but we have it all fixed now and it should be ready for sale very soon

I was very surprised as well. But I guess after two years of Mr. Muzzy seeing me pump up Brock he thought it was time to get me on his team. He picked a good time and I am very excited about working with them. I cant wait to get this new M-14 pipe I just keep hearing GREAT things about it. I also am going to try to work on getting a set of the Billet camshafts from Muzzy's and a set of their Valve springs. They have been available too long for no one to have given us any info on them and I think cams is the weakest part of my set up. So hopefully I will be able to not only give you guys GREAT news about the M-14 soon but the Cams and Valve springs as well. Let me also say that it may be time for me to eat some crow. You guys would not believe how helpfull Mr. Muzzy and Sherrie at Muzzy's have been it has truelly been a pleasure dealing with them this last week or so. and I am looking forward to this season with them as my newest Sponsor
