Steering Stem Nut Torque Specs?

Will someone please let me know what the steering stem nut, torque specifications are for the zx-14?

55N-m 41 Ft/lbs. via the service manual that is available for download on rapidshare for free. check my post titled service manual on the next page

That type of application should be a torque to one spec then loosen and re-torque like some wheel bearings to seat them. Could be wrong though. Torque is about half on the reset.
