your exhaust must be bought from a liscensed distributor or someone that bought it from a liscensced distributor. If you bought it used you will need to give him the name of the person that bought it new

One of my buddies bought a used brock pipe from e-bay. When he tried to get a map from brock he was told no because he didn't have proof of purchase. That's kind of like buyin' a used car and not getting any keys for it. I don't think I'll be buying a pipe from any company who won't provide maps. I've been reading a lot on here about great brock support, but that's not support IMO.

I bought my pipe from Brock...He has "spot on" maps that he spent many hours of dyno and racing time to perfect. They have always worked in all the different configurations I have done to the bike.
I can see his point, that the maps are for his customers and legitimate resale customers only.... Your buddy should have a bill of sale from E-bay, if not it would seem he is SOL

All he needs to do si get the name of the guy he bought the pipe from on ebay and give that to brock.

Not true !
I bought the SMEG from Jpcan of Canada in september
and the sidewinder from OSR / Clems in november , both off bikeland classified.
PM them and Ask if I made these purchases,
I have requested maps both times and have yet to get a reply.
Maybe the map support is only for next purchases.
I only asked for a SMEG no fly map, what good would it do me if I didn't have a SMEG?
I want to go to the track next weekend, and wanted to try the every popular BROCK map.
Can someone tell me what is the red plug and where it goes that I heard about.

The red plug goes in the hole in the frame where your kleen air hose goes now ...Simple remove the hose and cut the end off the hose to make it straight , insert the red plug and then insert the hose into the red plug ...The hose is right side just above the spark plug on the right side of the bike....

He just doesnt want people running his maps without buying his products. I have had people at the track offer me 50 bucks for a map they usually run muzzy pipes and figure that the brock will be close enough.

OK, but I have purchased 4 brock pipes for the 3 zx14s that I have to tune .
I expected map support . Didn't know the maps were secret.
