Thanks brother,
As far as hitting the gym, I have made it almost a part of my life, I go to the gym about three times a week about 2 hours each visit which is good for me. At 6ft 250lbs I have to try and stay active if not I will lose the muscle and it will all turn to fat. At the up coming age of soon to be 37 it is not easy. I play touch football and I am still a volunteer fire fighter for the last 11 years, have to stay as active as possible.

HBD Bikeland. I've been here for seven years and met a lot of good people off this site and ridden with lots of them too.
Theres a few more i'd like to meet too and only a very few that i'd like to choke the shit out of
I still ride my 2000 ZX-12 to work every day and it was the reason i started to come to this site. There seemed to be a dozen or so people that came here regulary in the beginning but that soon changed.

Happy Birthday, Bikeland!
I want to give special thanks to the following...
1. Mad Dog - without MD, none of this would ever had been possible. While other sites have been hacked, gone offline for days, weeks or even months and/or experienced countless glitches... MD has keep Bikeland running smoothly for all these years, He's done all this while never owning a bike himself. My helmet is off to you, Mad Dog.
2. frEEk - for the long hours he has spent fine tuning this site, giving it features that make it easy to navigate and always an enjoyable experience every time I log on.
3. The Members - MD might have put it all together, but it is the membership that fuels and drives this bus. While there are many on other sites that hide behind their monitors and keyboards, there is an honesty and sincerity here that will not be found anywhere else.
Here at Bikeland, this honesty and sincerity is not just restricted to motorcycle related topics. Politics, religion and numerous other "hot button" issues are discussed freely. Yet at the end of the day, even those who passionately disagreed with one another, log off knowing that the persons they just got finished arguing with, will be there for them if they really need their help.
When my brother died of alcoholism in '02, that very same membership was there for me. Giving me great comfort and helped me understand that there are not always easy answers to those questions of "Why?". When my father died in '06, again, it was the same. It still humbles me to this very day and I will always be grateful.
4, Princess Kiwi - if there was every a "forum maternal figure", she's it. She gives good hugs too.
5. The Moderators - people who use a "gentle hand" and reason in keeping topics running smoothly. What impresses me the most is not what they do, but what they don't do. It is a honor to part of that collection of fine folks.
6. fish_antlers - unquestionably the biggest bottom feeder, shit stirrer and agent provocateur. I guess every site has to have at least one.
Again, happy birthday, Bikeland. Here's wishing many more.
