TRE-006a or block-off plates?

If i take the flies off, is it better to use i´vans block-off plates or tre-006a? exhaust would be Yoshimura 4-2-1 full system with carbon canister?

when taking the flies out you dont need a TRE the block off plates wouldnt hurt either way
