Saw a 08 blue zx14 up close today
Went down to my kawi dealer today and they were unloading a new 08 zx14 ...I stayed around and helped them put it together.....The bike looks black in the shop but outside in the sun the blue shows ...Very Very nice !!!!!!!!
I told him i would take it home right now and he said it's sold ...He is getting 2 more blue ones and they are sold allready .... He ordered 4 silvers so i will have to wait for one of them ... ..
Oh one other thing the mirrors are flat black and look much better than the gloss black mirrors....Smokin..

Yup, that Blue looks black if you're more than 5 ft away from it...spectacular color it is though!

Heck I keep tossing up the trade idea as well even though I want to turbo either bike, I kinda have that unfinished business thing going on around here with the Busas and all and all motor would not get me any complaints other than I have a bigger motor or whatever they keep coming up with.
I'm getting the new silver '08 myself.

If the busa is beating the 14 in sales, it doesn't sound like the gap is too big if 14's are being spoke for that quick. Hopefully both bikes popularity will continue to grow.

I saw the blue tonight also. Advanced Kawasaki had their bike night and I stopped by, put my bike on their dyno and lusted on the silver and blue 08s.
I'd swap my plastics. Love my red too much. :-/

if you swap to RED plastics the bike will run faster

dang does the 08 come in all black. all i see is people trying to get is blue or silver. if i trade my 06 in, it will have to be all black. not that i want to just asking

Lol when/if I trade my 06 in, I'm keeping my blue plastic and putting it on the 08 and putting the 08 plastic on my 06 trade in..
